Frequently Asked Questions
Are you open in the rain?
HHE has two indoor adventures and will not close due to normal seasonal weather. The Challenge Trail will close if the trail gets treacherous.
What should I wear?
Dress according to the temperature, but remember it gets chilly. Wear appropriate foot wear for you are walking outdoors and navigating through dark deadly areas.
How long does it take to go through each adventure?
We recommend coming before 7:30 pm or on a Sunday/Thursday for minimal line wait. The Spirit Pass can also be purchased for $15 to float to the front of the line.
How old do you have to be?
We recommend 7 and older. Parents/Guardians may use their judgment if their child is ready for this type of adventure. We sell glow sticks at the Crows Nest Novelty Shop that when held up will cause the creatures to back away. This can be purchased for adults and children.
What happens if I do not use all my tickets in one night?
You can use your ticket any night that we are open during the season in which you bought it. Each adventure will stay open as long as there is a line. But once we close an adventure we cannot open again until the next scheduled night.
The truth – is HHE haunted?
Yes.
What is the scariest adventure?
The scariest is Legends.
Where can I purchase tickets?
At the haunted house.

The Ticket Booth closes at 10pm on Sundays & Thursdays and 11pm on Fridays & Saturdays
The adventures close 30 minutes after the ticket booth closes and the last victim in line is gone.
