COVID - 19 INFORMATION & SAFETY MEASURES

We have redesigned our operations due to COVID-19 with reference from the CDC and local authorities.  Also, in keeping our staff and customers safe we have added extra safety measures.

• All staff and customers will be temperature screened before entering the Scream Park.

• All staff and customers will wear proper face coverings.

• Capacity for each event will be limited.

• Social distancing between groups will be enforced.

• Touch points will be cleaned regularly and disinfected.

• Hand- sanitization stations are available throughout the Scream Park.

A NOTE FROM THE OWNER

Haunted Hills Estate Scream Park is NOT a concert or sporting event, and we do not have high touch areas like most themed parks or entertainment venues.  The events at Haunted Hills Estate are a walk-through experience.  The actual Park is located over 40 acres, allowing us to spread out and maintain social distancing.  Four of our attractions are outside, and the other two have outside areas as well as inside areas with great ventilation.  All six attractions have been re-designed to keep all groups separated.  We are constantly monitoring the capacity to keep groups separated.  In the event that you come close to a group please slow up.  We have upgraded the scares with state-of-the-art technology and actor training which allows for social distancing.  We have created less waiting, smaller groups, more spacing, it’s what everyone has always wanted!  

The attractions are cleaned and sanitized before we open and at closing each operating night.  The high touch areas are disinfected regularly throughout operations.  We have hand sanitizing stations throughout the Park for your convenience.  We will follow the local and CDC recommendations and look forward to scaring you.
